Bei diesem Verfahren werden die Altkabel zun\u00e4chst in einem Shredder zerkleinert, der die Dr\u00e4hte und Kabel in kleinere St\u00fccke zerbricht. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die leichteren Kunststoffflocken von den schwereren Kupferpartikeln durch ein Vibrationssieb oder einen Windsichter getrennt, wobei der Unterschied in der Materialdichte genutzt wird. Da die Dichte von Kupfer gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als die von Kunststoff, sinken die Kupferteilchen w\u00e4hrend des Vibrationsvorgangs oder bleiben unter dem Einfluss des Windes in einer niedrigeren Position, w\u00e4hrend die Kunststoffteile durch den Luftstrom weggeblasen werden oder aufschwimmen, wodurch eine effektive Trennung von Kupfer und Kunststoff erreicht wird.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fanterecycling.com\/de\/product\/ftg-03\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nasskupferdrahtmaschine<\/a><\/p><p>Das Sortierprinzip einer Nasskupferdrahtm\u00fchle beinhaltet ein fl\u00fcssiges Medium, in der Regel Wasser, um den Trennungsprozess zu unterst\u00fctzen. Auch die Altkabel werden zun\u00e4chst in kleine St\u00fccke zerkleinert und diese St\u00fccke dann in einen wasserhaltigen Trennbeh\u00e4lter gegeben. Im Wasser wird der Unterschied im spezifischen Gewicht zwischen Kupfer und Kunststoff ausgenutzt. Kupfer sinkt aufgrund seines hohen spezifischen Gewichts normalerweise zu Boden, w\u00e4hrend Kunststoff an der Oberfl\u00e4che schwimmt. Das auf den Boden sinkende Kupfer und der auf der Oberfl\u00e4che schwimmende Kunststoff k\u00f6nnen dann \u00fcber verschiedene Ausl\u00e4sse getrennt gesammelt werden. Die Nassaufbereitung bietet im Allgemeinen eine bessere Abscheidungseffizienz, vor allem f\u00fcr die feinen Partikel, aber die Wasserressourcen m\u00fcssen w\u00e4hrend des Aufbereitungsprozesses verwaltet werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Wasseraufbereitung und das Recycling die Umwelt nicht belasten.<\/p><p>Beide Arten von Kupferdrahtmaschinen haben ihre eigenen Vorteile und Grenzen.
